The Princeton University Art Museum welcomes applications for the position of Creativity Lab Supervisor (CLS) to support the Manager of Visitor Experience (MVE) in overseeing the Creativity Labs’ programmatic schedule, activities, and daily operations. Opening in October 2025, the Creativity Labs offer creative opportunities for visitors to engage with the Museum through participatory art-making, writing, and reflection activities that foster inquiry, empathy, wellness, and imagination. The CLS collaborates across Museum departments to plan and write instructions for activities; support Princeton University teaching requests; plan audience-specific programs; and develop and teach K-12 art lessons to accompany the in-gallery curriculum. The CLS assesses the impact of programs through various evaluation methods.
The CLS oversees the daily operations of the Creativity Labs, including hiring, training, and supervising a team of facilitators. The CLS is expected to work regular shifts in the Creativity Labs. As part of the Education Team, the CLS is responsible for ensuring that the Creativity Lab Team provides a welcoming and engaging experience for all visitors, promoting an atmosphere of teamwork, innovation, integrity, inclusiveness, and respect. Apply here.
