As Project 14C begins accepting artists for 12-month residencies in 2025 - the plan is for 10 artists to enter the program each month - we are simultaneously launching a one-time-only mini-residency on the 4th floor of our facility, lasting just over 2 months.

It's designed for artists who need some extra space to accomplish a project, and all projects must be completed by April 11.

We have 24 loft studio spaces, all with high ceilings, concrete floors and natural light from large windows - sizes range from 877 sq ft (81.5 sq m) to 1504 sq ft (140 sq m).

We're looking for projects from any discipline - visual, literary or performing arts.

There is no application fee, but there are some restrictions. Deadline to apply is Sunday January 10, 2025, 11:59pm ET – artists will be notified no later than January 17th
