In this workshop, participants will use sumptuous out-of-print wallpaper samples to create an 11×14” self-portrait collage on a canvas board. Traditional cut-and paste techniques will help create a ‘new you’ with a dramatic hairstyle, amazing jewelry, and fabulous couture. It’s your chance to redefine yourself with bold colors and big flourishes.

“The wallpaper self-portrait” collage has become a trademark teaching tool of Mansa’s in the art of collage. The collage workshop is designed to give art lovers a deeper understanding of how recycling is used as a major influence in the art of collage.
