Stories and music together – what could be better? Kauyumari tells the tale of a joyful search for the mystical “blue deer” of long-ago Mexico. In Scheherezade, you’ll sail the seas with Arab pirates of the past. Between these glorious bookends, New Jersey Symphony favorite Inon Barnatan dazzles with Mozart’s playful Piano Concerto No. 17.
