Consider a career as a Carpenter for the entertainment industry!
In partnership with the I.A.T.S.E. Local 52, Reel Works is hosting an intensive training program to prepare rising New Jersey professionals with the essential skills needed to work successfully as Shop Craftpersons–a first step toward a career in the entertainment industry.
All participants:
- Be at least 18+ years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the US
- Be a New Jersey resident and able to provide proof of address within a 70-mile radius of Fort Monmouth
- Must have experience using hand and power tools
- Must have a desire to work in the TV and Film industry
- Should know how to read blueprints (recommended)
There is no fee for this program. Each trainee is paid a stipend during the training.
