STAFFORD WOODS, A beauty and fashion photographer possess a creative eye and a love for the Arts, strives to capture the natural beauty of his subjects on film. A graduate of the Center for the Media Arts, Germain School of Photography in NYC, Mr. Woods earned a Degree in Commercial Photography. And has studied Communications and Marketing at Union County College, Cranford, NJ. PRIDE VS.SHAME is a piece of self reflection that questions the struggles of Afro –American men regarding Ego and ideology and the true need for unity among our social classes. ‘We all want the same things basically but by not working together as a race we are all responsible for the failures in our community. As young black men we are taught not to cry, not to show our emotions but today young black men should be allowed to scream out loud. With all the destruction caused by our lack of pride or misplaced pride or just plain foolish pride we have condemned our race, our families our very lives.
