Born
and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey, I studied Art and Africana
Studies receiving a B.A from Rutgers University. As the owner/artist
of Dray's Exhibits, I utilize paintings, sketching and mixed media
to express faith, spirituality, resilience and pride. I am also
the writer theatrical performances and folklore. The goal in my
creations is to transcend the barriers, which separate people from
our common goals.
Dray's Exhibits have several components
Art & Folklore Learning, programs developed for children and consist
of, Folklore Readings accompanied by illustrations. The Folklore
is written by Dray and deal with historical and present day issues.
The Art portion of the program provides and art exhibit that gives
the children the insight on the creative process.
Art Exhibits & Sales, we provide original and unique artwork that
can be exhibited at social events and dinner parties. It is a beautiful
way to make your event a memorable one.
Workshops & Training, we conduct workshops on Child Abuse/Neglect
helping parents to understand and be proactive concerning these
issues. Mentorship training is provided to help build mentorship
programs.
