John Smalls:

John Smalls grew up in Philadelphia, and during the younger half of his life, he moved out west with his family. That's when John discovered the world.

During this time John and his family moved about the country living in different places, meeting and growing with people of all sorts of cultures and races. Being around different people he picked up on art at an early age. But it was not until he had to work for a living did he start to take it more seriously. He planned to focus on his skills. Developing a way to express his views and passion for life. After about four years of soul searching and finding a purpose as an artist, he moved out on his own to find his place in the world as an artist. Now he is back on the east coast painting more than ever and continuing with his carrer as an artist.
