Jennifer Mazza works primarily in oil on canvas. Her work is figurative,
and deals with the subject of human relationships. Jennifer received
her B.A. in Studio Art from Mary Washington College, and earned
her M.F.A. at Rutgers University, Mason Gross School of the Arts.
She has exhibited at various venues in New York and New Jersey,
including a two-person show at PS122 in October of 2002. Jennifer
is the recipient of a 2002 Individual Artist Fellowship from the
New Jersey State Council for the Arts, and Residencies at the Millay
Colony, the Jentel Foundation and Yaddo. She also was selected to
participate in the Aljira, Emerge 2003 Program. Currently she teaches
at Raritan Valley Community College and Montclair Art Museum in
New Jersey. Jennifer lives and works in Newark. NJ. |
