Artist Statement
My paintings are in watercolor and acrylic. I also produce Giclee prints utilizing a digital layering technique to change and enhance painted images. I also produce handmade books, videos developed from my paintings thematically focusing on social and environmental issues. I also make ceramic sculpture and pottery.

Although my education is in science, my heart and my efforts have always been in art. In fact my undergraduate honors project was in art rather than science. I received a BS from Rutgers University in Chemistry, and an MS in Polymer Chemistry from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
