Born in 1951 in Northern New Jersey, Gary R. Principato is an Abstract Expressionist Painter who is primarily self-taught.
His major influences include, Pollock, De Kooning, Kline, Francis and Chihuly to name a few.
Gary’s paintings express his innermost thoughts and feelings through raw energy and color. His goal is to further explore this in his artwork.
Gary has recently exhibited his work at Geneva Gallery in Morristown, NJ
and is currently exhibiting at Cascata The Spa in Morristown, NJ.
