Anker
West received a BFA in Sculpture from Philadelphia College of
Art in 1985, and studied architecture at New Jersey Institute of
Technology, in the graduate program, in Autumn of 1993 and Spring
of 1994. With Sustainable Design Associates, he was awarded first
prize in the Southside Broad Street design competition, for Providence,
RI, 1998. Anker received a 2002 Fellowship from the New Jersey State
Council on the Arts.
